I offer a collaborate relationship to build towards a meaningful therapeutic process, in which you feel understood on a deeper level and feel safe to move through difficult issues that bought you here.
My goal is to strive towards a compassionate therapeutic process, with my clients which incorporates active listening and responding specifically to your unique concerns. These may include:
- Challenging life transitions.
- Dealing with past trauma that affects your present moment experience.
- Wanting to learn new strategies to deal with present circumstances.
- Getting to know oneself better through the inner work of therapy.
I use a mind-body therapeutic perspective. My goal is to listen to what works best for you, which incorporates using techniques such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
- Solution Focused Therapy
- Mindfulness Therapy ( Meditator over 25 years)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Biofeedback
- Attachment Theory
