e-Therapy / Telehealth Therapy

When the option of meeting in person is not convenient, I offer the ability to have our session by secure video. We can meet for and hold our weekly session in this manner. You will have my full and complete attention during our sessions. I will give our sessions the same undivided focus that I would in person.

I offer telehealth therapy for residents of New York. Some clients prefer to meet in person initially before switching to e-therapy. Other clients prefer video chat from start to finish. I'm happy to do whatever works for you. We can discuss your options and develop a plan during our free initial phone consultation.
